Welcome to Veerview, LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) regarding your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2. License and Use of the Platform

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable Order Forms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or any data obtained except as expressly permitted in writing.

3. User-Contributed Business Data

• By uploading, importing, or enriching business data (such as company names, business email addresses, business phone numbers, and professional profiles), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and share such business data for the purposes of operating, improving, and maintaining the Platform. This includes making such business data available for cross-verification, enrichment, and user experience optimization for all platform users.
• We do not use your personal account information, login credentials, or any private customer data unrelated to the business data you upload or enrich for any extra 3rd party sharing or access.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and share any business data you provide and that such data does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
